11/5/2018. Ordered a laptop, paid by cc. Just before leaving the site, one of their online agents, Melvin, pops open a chat window and asks if I want to save 10%. Of course I do. I had to cancel the order I placed and instead make the payment through Paypal friends and family. He provides the email address of [email protected]. Paypal sends the money saying it will be available to the recipient in 5 days. In the meantime, I could not cancel the transaction. As of today, 12/24/2018 I have not received the laptop. I have made numerous attempts to contact them, on their website and by email, usually with no response. When I did get a response I was told please wait they are checking into it and then do not respond from that point on. Total scam. I should have known better. I filed a complaint with the Attny General of NYS hoping to prevent others from falling victim. It doesn't look like anything has been done and they are still in full operation. Stay away from these people!
