I ordered (3) small mosquito traps and (1) large mosquito trap. From the beginning the seller was hard to contact. Product took 31 days to be delivered. When product arrived, they sent (4) small, which is incorrect, my order is 3 small 1 large. When I contacted them, they respond with "checking on this". Would take a whole week until I would follow up, and they claim that everything is correct, when in fact it isn't. While waiting for them to respond, I tested out the product and it wasn't functioning. No mosquitos or anything have been trapped. I contacted them to process return, they give me the round around. This has been consistent for 3 weeks now. They are claiming the items are correct when I sent them proof of my purchase receipt. They respond robotically not providing a solution. Not only am I stuck with 4 non functioning products, they sent one incorrect. They excuse to not process is that it's pass the 7 days. THE PRODUCT TOOK 31 days to ARRIVE and their RESPONSE rate is WEEKLY. How am I supposed to return something when they take forever to respond. This company is a scam, they sell faulty products, and take your money and make it impossible to service you or work with you. I need my refund and will be contacting my credit card company to revert charges. I have attached initial email of proof of purchase of the sizes I ordered.
