Ordered a handheld chainsaw and received a chain for it instead. Contacted them multiple times to no avail. I see this scam repeated several times with different company names listed here, so I was just one more. They sold under one name, but after a month or so, their emails changed to using a different name, so they are likely changing names very frequently. The item I received was mailed from California, so they definitely have a US connection there. The chain was sent marked "Time Sensitive Material" and was sent via UPS with tracking #
