Had a warning screen of a virus to appear on my computer. It said I needed to call above number for assistance. I called and the person I spoke with, Henry, said he was with Microsoft. He stated that I needed to give him control of my computer so he could fix the problem and offered a security coverage for $299.99 which I purchased. In a week or so I had the same screen this time with a buzzing sound to appear. I called the number again and this time they wanted to charge me $150.00 to fix the problem again saying they were with Microsoft. I got off the phone with this person and called Microsoft. They had never heard of this company. I later discovered the person from Best Tech had ruined my computer. I had to purchase a new one.
