Tried to buy a teacup puppy. Had to make a 1000.00 dollar reservation. So I give him 500.00 and had a gift card with 500.00. Then was supposed to bring 1000.00 more to get the dog. But when we were on the way all of a sudden an emergency come up. I checked the gift card and the money was gone. I asked for a refund and have to received it yet
