On 12/07/2020 my husband and I purchased a PS5 online from a Best Specialty Shops link that appeared on Best Buys website. We paid using my debit card and his email - using a PayPal account provided by the merchant. After completing the transaction, my husband received a receipt that a transaction took place but we didnt receive a confirmation email. I looked up the merchant to inquire about the confirmation and found pages of sites linking to to complaints about this merchant being a scam. I emailed them to cancel my order and received no response. I never received a PlayStation 5. In late December, I disputed the transaction with my bank and they reached someone who gave them a tracking number for the delivery of the PS5. We received the package - it was a $5 IPHONE COVER. My bank wont refund them money because the merchant says they delivered the PS5. Im sending copies of the package with tracking details that match what Best Specialty store provided, along with a picture of the IPHONE CASE. I deserve a full refund of $239.95 TODAY.

This merchant should not be able to take anyone elses money!

Followed links while online Christmas shopping for PS5. Website looked legit just offered less expensive PlayStation products. Payed the $239.95 on my visa debit through PayPal link while checking out. Confirmation email looked fishy and as I googled site, SCAM. Called to stop charge but bank refused. Had to cancel card. Never received PS5. Now 2mos+ bank gives runaround and PayPal says I paid as a guest and call card issuer. They must be held accountable. I want someone from somewhere to refund my account!

On Cyber Monday, Nov. 30th, 2020 I had made a purchase online through the site nesthome.nestprosafe.com I paid using my Pay Pal account. After completing the transaction I got a transaction number but never received a confirmation email. It's been over 3 weeks since I made the purchase and I have not received the merchandise (Google Nest Hub Max). I contacted Pay Pal and they have closed my claim stating that it has been shipped. On the Pay Pal community page I have been reading that this merchant has been scamming many people with high amounts for products such a Nintendo Switches, Playstation 5's and other types of products. Once the victims contact Pay Pal about the problem, Pay Pal reaches to the merchant and they send an e confirmation stating that it has been mailed. Then Pay Pal decides to close the claim, leaving the victim without their money and no product.

I clicked on a link to purchase a Playstation 5 for my children and after completing the purchase the recite stated a complete difference in name of the store I was purchasing from and I did not give this new store authorization. When contacting the email or phone number provided on the site they are going no where. I contacted PayPal who I allowed the credit card to be paid through and it is currently under a review but I am told unfortunately I did provide authorization by clicking pay so it does not look in my favor. This site is fraudulent and should be shut down!

I was on antonline.com trying to purchase a PS5 through PayPal after payment my receipt said I made a purchase from

Best Specialty Store which I’ve never heard of, I received a fake email from

[email protected] their contact number was listed a scam as well as their website! I was not charged any tax or given shipping information. The fake website said shipping within 2 days. The website also says playsteition.com instead of PlayStation.com which is a legitimate Sony website.
