I was "hired" by Best Shop USA as a "quality assurance agent" where I was to receive packages to my home, check them, scan pictures of them, scan them to http://staff.bestshop-usa.store/login and ship them to a new address. After two months of working with them they started to offer me "other tasks" which included creating an Amazon seller account for someone else which is obviously fraud, so I did not go through with that. Then they offered me a Bitcoin transaction task which involved receiving money from a "client" of theirs, taking it out of my account and sending it to a Bitcoin code. This of course is not fraud as you are able to purchase Bitcoins for anyone. But one transaction via Zelle came back as fraud, I guess whoever they sent the money from did not actually send the money and I had already sent it through Bitcoin. I now owe my bank those $2,400. After this happened I notified them of my bank situation and they said "they were working on getting it fixed" I was told this several times. After I continued to ask they blocked me from my login to http://staff.bestshop-usa.store/login and no longer answered any texts or calls from me. They completely blocked me out. And I still have to pay the $2,400. I don't understand how this business is legal. After looking into it I discovered that we are not quality assurance agents, they are simply stealing and using US addresses to order products for people outside of the US, pretending to live in the US and then shipping those products off outside of the US. Unfortunately I can not afford a lawyer, but I am working on getting this reported to law enforcement.

First of all, I would like to say that 'Best Shop USA' is really conscionable company and I really glad that I had such a working experience. It is really convenient that payment is twice a month, I always have some money for my whims. If you are ready to work hard and get money for your efforts, I suppose, this company is one of the best options you can choose!

I worked with Best Shop USA for about 1,5 years. There were several misunderstandings during the job, and I had to contact support team several times to resolve them. It is rather upleasant because I had to waste my spare time, but they were able to help me!

I have had great luck with Best Shop USA over the years. No real problems - ever. At a time they were a welcome alternative to government-run USPS. Now they are fairly equal in terms of dependability and efficiency. The drivers that I have known are very nice with strong work ethics. I can always tell by the sound of their trucks, that it is Best Shop USA. They use repurposed trucks which is another plus in my book.

Great environment for a junior. I have a dedicated mentor and and very supportive manager. I feel very valued as both an employee and a person.
They’re a dinosaur when it comes to some of the tech and methodologies, but making a big push to change.
Can be high stress, time on call, and vacation is pretty limited for a tech company.
