I found https://bestqualitybourbonforsale.com/ website and ordered bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 10years for $300. I received an order confirmation by email. I was then contacted by a Mr William Joins who indicated shipping from USPS or FedEx would be $30. Mr William also stated that payment via Credit card all depends on the client. He then sent me an email wanting my phone number which I did not send. He then sent me his Zelle account. I agreed to send the money. He then asked for a snapshot of the payment when complete. I was reluctant but sent him a cropped image summary to confirm. Mr William then sent me a text stating the bottle was ready to ship but FedEx could not ship one bottle to my location because of the distance and wanted me to add another bottle. I then asked for a refund. He refused to refund me stating that my package was already registered.
