I ordered a greenhouse kit from these people. The tracking number supplied identified a delivery to a different address in a different state, according to the USPS. When I informed the seller of this, they just say the tracking says it was delivered. I have contacted them several times, telling them the tracking number identified an item delivered elsewhere. The seller has refused to comment other than to tell me according to the tracking number, the item has been delivered. I repeatedly have told them the tracking number, according to the USPS, was delivered to a different address. The seller keeps telling me to contact the local postal service. I tell them I have....and on, and on , and on. The seller refuses to investigate further.

According to the logistics, your package has arrived. Please contact the local post office for the details of the package

I'm a Disabled Veteran trying to make it on my own and I hate asking for help. On September 7 /2019 I ordered a 4x4 scooter in order to get my own food from the store.
