I purchased an item from this website. I got an email confirmation of the purchase and was informed that I would receive another email when the item ships. I never received a shipping confirmation email. After waiting about a week, I followed up (emailed) customer service. They were responsive at first and promised to update me on when the item will ship when they heard back from the factory. I waited another week and heard nothing back from customer service. I called their toll-free number and left a message; no call back. I called back a few more times and no one answered the line. I then followed up again via email a week later mentioning that I heard not back regarding any updates, and if I didn't hear anything further, I would request a refund. The customer service individual I had been communicating with became non-responsive. Needless to say, I still do not have the item, and it's about two months later. I disputed the charge on my credit card bill. They heard back from the merchant, with the merchant claiming that I had the item and I had authorized the charge. This is beside the point, as of course I had authorized the charge, but have never received the item while their customer service eventually became non-responsive to my inquiries as to status of the item. My credit card company believed their claim; however, I am reopening the dispute again and have provided them documentation of my follow-up inquiries, and am requesting them to prove that the item shipped. No tracking number has been documented. Thus, I feel that I've been scammed.
