SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME IN SEPTEMBER!!

I got this job offer awhile ago but it just seemed to FISHY! I am glad I trusted my gut, these scammers are getting out of control

I was searching for a part -time job on Indeed and Zip recruiter I was emailed a job description regarding a shipping and receiving clerk. I was a little hesitant but I follow through , however when I received my first package it wasn’t what was indicated and it was another name for shipping but my addresss. Also I had to print out pre-shipping labels. After doing some research I figured this was not legit and should report

I was approached by this company as well. Today was to be pay day and have not been paid and when I call the number it just plays music then says the call is being forwarded for the Gift Company and I am not able to log in to my portal any longer. I have also sent emails with no response. I haven't worked since July 1st and now due to this I am losing everything. I don't know what to do.

Hi just curious on why you think it is a scam. The information I was provided with said we had to have own printer to be able to print labels. And I had been communicating with a guy about the process and everything but when he said I would have to be home to sign for packages that needed signature I do delivery also so was sure I would be able to do that part so I didn’t take the offer.
