I ordered a PlayStation 5 two years ago still haven’t received it.
I’d like a refund immediately.
I was thinking it’d take a while because of the shortage but I’ve come to realize that I got scammed out of 239.95 and I would very much like my refund back today.
2 years and no ps5

I ordered a refurbished switch for a Christmas gift. When I went to pay for the item it took me through PayPal and gave me a choice to pay with PayPal or my credit card. I paid with my credit card and received a receipt via email. I have not received the product, my card has been charged, the website is non existent now, and I have tried to contact the “store” through email.

The website looked very similar to the Nintendo website, and offered new and refurbished items.

I googled "Nintendo Switch" as I was hoping to purchase a gaming system for my daughter for Christmas. The scammer used the online address of https://store.nintendo.com/nintendo-switch/refurbished.html. Because the product was listed as "refurbished" the price was $199.99 rather than $299.99 for a new console. I purchased the product using my PayPal account, and as soon as the transaction went through I received a text from PayPal saying I had made a payment to "???????????". That was my first sign of something being off. I then checked my e-mail confirming my PayPal transaction and it said the Merchant was "Best Franchise Store" and the seller's e-mail was "[email protected]". I e-mailed the seller hoping my intuition of being scammed was incorrect, but I never received a reply. I, of course, never received the product either. The seller scammed me out of $199.99.

My wife went to a site looking exactly like Nintendo. She purchased a Nintendo switch an a game. We only received an email that didnt have anything resembling Nintendo. It has been over 3 weeks and the website is gone and the email provided is not responding to any of our requests. This "company" is 100% scam.

I bought a vaccuum on what I thought it was Dyson website. The payment was through PayPal and never received any confirmation from Dyson. On the PayPal receipt it says Best Franchise Store as the seller instead of Dyson. Never received the purchased goods.

I purchased a ps5 at 70% off. Recived email of purchase. No tracking number or when item will ship. Tried to call company, phone number dosen't work. Emailed seller no response.

I was on a NINENDO EXBOX site, I clicked on a site at the bottom of the page. I then saw an xbox advertised for 178.99. I clicked on this purchase. I then received an invoice from BEST FRANCHISE STORE and I thought it looked suspicious with Chinese language on it. So I investigated with PayPal and they said it was a legitimate purchase.

Today I went to ScamPulse.com and brought up this scam report.
