June 14 I ordered and paid via PayPal, for a HP 14” TouchScreen Chromebook. I received an order confirmation but then no tracking number. The link to tracking links back to the website. There is no phone number and there has been no response to my email inquiry. Unfortunately I did not check the company on line, and am now aware that this is a scam and that Best Discounts Shop is not a recognized company and has defrauded many. It is now July 30 and still no computer. I hope others do not ‘purchase’ items and I hope PayPal will respond to my inquiry.

I purchased a laptop from this website and they stated it would arrive in 5-7 business days. After 10 business days, and the product still hadn't arrived, I asked for a refund. The site stated it would take 5-7 business days. I waited, and waited. I contacted the website, and was told again, it would take 5-7 business days. I have been told 4 times. The street address doesn't show up as an actual storefront on Google maps. And now i've seen online that the website is a scam. How is this business still operating?

This site is committing fraud, and it looks like they have been doing it for some time and no one is shutting them down.

I tried to purchase an item from their site, providing my personal information and a credit card. I should have known there was a problem when I noted the it was not a secure site, (Https) but figured when they took the credit card information it would be https. They then decline the transaction, and when you contact them, they try to "assist" you by trying to get you to load down software for them to take control of your computer. I declined. Then they try to get you to send them money via Paypal or believe it or not Bestbuy Gift Cards. They also tried to get my passport information. Looks like they have been doing this for months. They are stealing personal information and obtaining credit information, getting people to send them money for goods they never provide. I cannot understand how NO ONE is shutting this site down. I report this to the DNS (Go Daddy), the hosting site (NameCheap), Visa, and the FBI Internet Crime Centyer (IC3). Hopefully someone will shut this down. DO NOT USE THEM. They are a SCAM.

Have great prices on laptops etc. too good to be true. upon checkout you will see that the website is not secure. They offer 10% off with use of paypal. But the want to walk you through use of paypal saying its not set up through their website. They will try to have you send money through paypal as a friend. They say it saves on taxes. They will try to also convince you to try to use remote services so they can help you through the process. The guys name is Melvin in the chat. DON"T FALL FOR IT. Others have and lost their money. They have been reported on the BBB. All cases closed without benefit to the consumer.

I am reporting because they tried to do this to me. I almost fell for it. I checked the BBB. I saw what they had done to others. So I'm trying to help others.

I feel the ScamPulse.com knows about this and should set them up and catch them and prosecute.

Offered low prices on computers but credit card purchase wouldn't go through. Pushed using PayPal as a funds transfer rather than a product purchase to avoid a "user fee". Product was never sent. They do not provide a phone #, do not respond to emails and disconnect when asked about the shipment when using their chat line.
