On January 20th 2020, I visited www.bestdealsandbeyond.com and pre-ordered the a video game.
I decided to purchase both the Ellie Edition and Collector's Edition of The Last of Us part II video game.
I got a confirmation email with an order #2624 with my order info, my shipping info, and shipping method UPS Next Day Air.
The video game was released on June 19th, 2020. This means I would have received it next day Saturday June 20th, 2020.
Today is July 9th, 2020 and I have NOT received my items. I received an email from Best Deals and Beyond with a
USPS (United States Postal Service) tracking number on June 20th at 1:30 PM stating "Your order is on the way".
I looked up the tracking number and USPS has NOT received the items, a shipping label was created, but the company never
provided USPS the items to ship. Funny thing, I live 34 minutes away from the company address, and it's taking them this long...
anyway, I really wanted to believe them because this game is so dear to me. But I finally have to accept. THIS IS A SCAM.
Here is the proof: As of today, their Website is DOWN. Their EBAY account is DOWN. Their Facebook account is DOWN! and their
customer service telephone number is DOWN! So basically.. this company was a ghost company to begin with. I hope they get what
they deserve. I really hope they do. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Nothing, no refund and the website is no longer available I call the FTC and there pointless they sed they need to see a big enough trend of complaints then they can "TRY" and do something and then people "MIGHY" get a small % of their money back. So they can break the law now for free make tons of money and get away with it because they haven't done it enough WHAT!!?!!?

I purchased The Last of Us Part 2 Ellie Edition for PS4 for a total amount of $232.95. After I purchased via credit card, the online retailer sent a text message to my phone with an order number and that that they would send text updates when the order would be ready to be shipped. I noticed something odd in that no tracking number was issued to track the shipment, so that in its self was a red flag. I noticed that when the release date got closer, I didn't hear back from the company that the product would be shipping soon. So, I sent them multiple emails curious to know when the product would ship. They finally emailed me back asking me what my order number was in which I responded back to them. I felt something wasn't right, so researched multiple websites to see if this online retailer was the real deal. Turns out, several customers had the exact same complaints I did and when they asked for a refund, they never get their money back. I sent them an email demanding a refund. They emailed me stating they would issue me a full refund. The game came out on June 19th. It is now June 26th and I still have not received a refund. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS! PLEASE DO NOT BUY! THIS SCAM ONLINE RETAILER NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
