Applied on indeed.com and a lady name Megan called me and explained the job to me as being a covid swabber in Hawthorne, ny. She interviewed me over the phone and said she would send me over the paperwork. So she sent I-9 form and W4 form, paper work explaining the job plus intuit quick books form for direct deposit info. She said to send copy of drivers license and social security card as well as my direct deposit info with a voided check and she will forward it to the hr dept to a [email protected]. I did not send a voided check but I sent all my other info. I googled best care nothing came up and I also map quest the address 126 state street, Hackensack , nj 07601 phone number 9735422343
