Type of a scam Online Purchase
When I contacted the company inquiring about this issue, I was told that it cost the company too much money in shipping costs and that they would only refund me $20, but I could keep the sunglasses. They also claimed that they could not afford the shipping costs to send me my purchased items.
In reply, I sent another email stating that this was improper and that I would need a full refund and would agree to return the sunglasses, but at no shipping cost to me. I also stated that I had disputed this charge with my credit card company.
In reply, they then stated that disputing this issue would damage my credit, but offered me a refund then of $30.
I also found a scam alert website in which a customer reported the exact same issue.
I believe this is a scam website operating out of China.
