I was called by the number listed above stating that my card will be charged $399 dollars for firewall protection plan and in order to cancel so that my card would not get charged I needed to call the number back immediately after the first call hangs up. So I returned the phone call and an individual with an Indian accent begins to repeat over again three to four times about my card will be charged $399 for firewall protection plan unless I state that I want to cancel and ask me if I am in front of a computer and go I want my money back? Well I ask what is the name of your company he says he is with Best Buy firewall protection plan. Ma’am do you want your money back or not? I ask if he has the right individual and what his name was. He gets frustrated says ma’am yes or no do you want your money back? I ask his name he seems hesitant then says Alex Watson. Do you want your money back or not? I can’t tell you any of your information over the phone because is being recorded and you will sue me. I said all I need you to do is verify you have reached the correct person. If I am the individual you are looking to reach what is my name? He says just yes or no do you want your money back? Hello, hello are you deaf or something? I need you to be in front of your computer so I can send you this cancellation form . So that Your card will not be charged. All the while he is upset. I said well can you at least verify the card you have on file for me to make sure I am refunded? He says on my God ma’am and hangs up.
