Paid for a Mr Heater buddy. The web site had all the Best Buy logos store front pictures .received nothing. Looking at bottom of page the company was piostter.com now changes to depot.com

I looked up e bikes for cheap and a page that said best buy clearence on ebikes. It looked legit. But i tried to cancel the order because i was suspicious. And the only response i get is we cant find you order number. But today tgey tried to illegally charge my card for another 100 bucks please catch then please

I received an email saying that my Best Buy account was going to be renewed in the next 24 hours at a cost of $389.99. The message was poorly written and none of the numbers listed seemed to match with Best Buy's contact info. When I called the customer care number my call did not go through. When calling the customer service number I was connected to someone who immediately asked if I was looking for a refund. He asked for the invoice number in the email and it got quite confusing. I ended up hanging up on the person.
