Email received from Best Buy Geek Squad renewal service. I called for info because I did not understand. Offered a new deal with explanation. Made big mistake dealing with them. Spoke with a couple of men with accents working for Gary Leigh Coles (GLC, LLC in Pennsylvania). Said I was already charged, but I did not see it on bank acct. Foolishly I went into account to have them transfer a refund and reverse the charge. Error occurred and more of their money transferred into my acct causing them to panic so I believe it was not intentional. Had to go to bank to transfer large sum of their money back to them. Took care of at bank, but kept getting calls that money did not transfer because of holiday weekend. Their issue with bank and not me and I am still trying to get them to leave me alone. Very nice and polite and persistent as they are trying to help me with my laptop. BIG MISTAKE.
