Received an email stating my Geek Squad membership was set for auto renewal for $199. When I called the number to dispute and cancel they wanted me to download a software that gave their "customer service" access to send me a form. when I pushed to have another option he insisted this was the only way to get my money back. I hung up and contacted Geek Squad on the Best Buy website. They said the email is not one of theirs. It will always come from Bestbuy.com
