I originally purchased a flight for 4/16-4/18 for $306. I needed to change the date and I go to my delta app and it says I only paid $156 for the flight. So I’m asking where the rest of my money has gone. No proper explanation aside from “we have to get paid” and I can’t get a refund. If I change my flight through delta I’m out $150 so I just change the flight with them. I paid around $200 to change the dates because the flight that I could get was about $500 so I paid them the difference. Due to unexpected circumstances I had to change it a last time and they said that I only had a credit of $306. Meaning $350 is unaccounted for. I bought it to their attention that I read the fine print and terms and conditions and it mentions nothing about the fare change fee not being counted into the total fee. I was told by Jason that it says it on the delta website, but not theirs. They’re deceptive.
