I order an item off besells website and was expected to receive my product within 6 weeks. I didn't receive my tracking number until 8 days later. At which time I entered my tracking number into USPS tracking system and it wasn't found. I used the tracking number into their tracking system and it read the number wasn't found. I have been reaching out to the company for answers and they either never respond or they take weeks to respond when it says on their website to allow 48 hours for a response. My 6 weeks was approaching and it was only literally 2 days before I was scheduled to have my product still not tracking on USPS website and their tracking system. Finally after posting my disappointment on their website they respond to my email states there is a delay and to regret to inform me of this but that they are a real company. After reading other responses and reviews I have learned. I'm not the ONLY victim to this so called company. This company need to be stopped from scamming people money and not delivering a product.

I bought a nail gel kit online their website, and it’s been 3 months and they keep telling me by email that their is a delay and I requested my money back and they won’t give it back. I don’t know what else to do, I have recently read reviews from other people on social media that they are a scam. Do not buy from them ) Well I just want my money back they shouldn’t be able to keep my money without giving me my order. Please help!!! Thx
