Bertsch and Edwards company contacted me, specifically Sonia Green. They advised they had an approved loan for me. Due to a not perfect credit history there were specifics needed from their lender by me to send the loan to me. The three options were - get a co-signer with a 720 or higher credit score. Take out insurance on the loan for $1200 or to pay four months of the loan upfront for collateral. All tasks completed and Sonia advised the deposit would be made and in my account within 2-3 hours. Next morning Sonia called again and advised cut off time was missed the ight before and money would be in my account within 1 hour. When 1.5 hours passed I called Sonia again, in which she said my credit score had dropped and the lender would not submit the loan until I paid another four months up front totaling over 1200. Sonia screamed at me on the phone, refused to tell me who the lender was outside of "Dennis Harris" in Ontario, Canada, would not let me have customer services phone number, and then advised me her company did not run my credit but her lenders did and they did NOT have permission to share my PII. Then she tells me they will file litigation against me, though they stole from me and shared my PII, and refuse to refund my money back.
