I ordered two dresses from Berryshe.com which I saw from an Instagram ad. I paid for the items and expedited shipping and they charged my card immediately and never sent the items. After countless e-mails to their customer service e-mail (only way to reach them) after weeks of not receiving anything, I finally received the automated message below. I told them I want my money back ASAP or I will report them. They did not respond and a week later sent the same message. This has gone on for two more weeks and I write them almost everyday telling them I want a full refund. I don't expect to get a refund or the items I paid for. After reading other reviews, it sounds like many people have had the same experience. This business continues to steal from "customers" and is getting away with it. They should be shut down.

Hello, sorry again, I contacted with our wear house in many countries, and the order can be shipped out within next week. Our factories are in full production, but some product processes are more complicated, and we also need to ensure the quality of clothes. And if we cannot send it out in time and we can refund 10% of the orders if you still want to wait. Or we can cancel and refund you full. Thanks so much for your kind understanding.
