This company advertised their goods through Facebook and through a website. I purchased two dresses from this company, which took over a month to receive, and paid for the merchandise through Paypal. Upon receipt, they did not fit. The seller failed to provide a return address for returning merchandise. Finally, after pursuing them, they provided a return address and promised a refund upon their receipt of the merchandise. I mailed the merchandise back to them and it was received by them on March 28, 2019. Still they provided no refund. I filed a dispute against the seller with Paypal. Upon the seller learning of the dispute, they contacted me and promised to refund the money if I closed the dispute. I did as the seller asked and still no refund. I have contacted the company through email no less than 15 times to get my money and still they refuse to refund my money. I have contacted Paypal who now says because I closed the dispute, I have no recourse through Paypal to get my money. This is fraud on both the seller and Paypay. I just want my refund.

I placed an order with them in mid-February, and have received half of it so far (1 mo. later). Sadly, I did not check out reviews from the company beforehand(except on their site). I paid through my bank account, and they took my money immediately(naturally). Based on other reviews here, am really dreading the refund process. I have a small frame, and was pleased that the clothes in package #1 fit like they were tailor-made, I will say that in their favor. The items received were NOTHING like those pictured on their site. Instead of quality clothes at discount prices, I got what I can only accurately describe as "Halloween costumes". It's like something you'd buy in a costume shop(or rent to wear to a Halloween party). I'm waiting on package #2 to arrive any day now, but don't hold out much hope that the two items it contains will be any better. Still waiting on third shipment for order I placed over a month ago. I had to return two items from the first part of the shipment, and they are now, despite getting confirmation from USPS( tracking #: 9505506577469101071550) that the items were delivered to the return address, refusing to acknowledge my return. Retuned items for refund on 4/11/19, and have received run around emails acting like they don't understand what I want from them or why I'm contacting them. Ridiculous!

I ordered an item from this company back in February 1, 2019 (women sandals for $19.95) and as of today I have not received the item not any communication from them. I have tried communicating with them thru emails but the only response I get from them is that my order is being processed and will be dispatched within 3-7 days. There is no address nor a phone number that I can really use to communicate with them It has been two months already. My concern is that when I did the purchasing with my debit card they deducted the money within seconds and now they do not communicate. I saw their adds on ***, it was very tempting. I should have checked their reviews. Please advice.

After countless emails, Facebook messages and posts to their website that went unanswered, I had to call my bank to report them and dispute my charges. When I looked on their Facebook page, there are SO many people this company has scammed out of their money! There are also many posts about how they ripped off customers. I saw an ad online and decided to buy lovely looking blouses. Took a while to get it but only received 3 out 4 items. They don’t fit. Website doesn’t have a return address so contacted thru Facebook messenger. Finally got the 4th item and got the address to return item. Purchased around $90 and they told me they only can refund $37. There were no damage to the merchandise only that they are made out of cheap materials and doesn’t fit well like hip area doesn’t fit or breast area are too tight. But no damage. They received the merchandise but won’t give me back my money.

Berrylook is a global company which sells cheap merchandise. I ordered two dresses. The first parcel which arrived was a pair of men's shoes! I have tried in vain to contact the only email address they give, which is service@berrylook. There is no address to return the merchandise and no one answers my emails. I ordered from this site over a month ago. My items never shipped and when I messaged them about where my orders were, they stated that they were waiting for it to restock. Well, I went on there today and the orders had been cancelled without my knowledge. So when I asked where my money was since they cancelled my orders, they said we don't refund cancelled orders. Even though they are the ones who cancelled the orders. I spoke with other women who this EXACT same thing happened to. They are a SCAM. Period. Do NOT spend a dime on this site unless you want to be ripped off.

BerryLook also known as many other names is a counterfeit company. They take your money and never deliver the items. I have been waiting close to a month for my items. When you track your order there are error messages. Website is in Chinese and had has some error codes. Indicative of someone that doesn’t know how to code. There is also no phone number to speak to a live representative. Just a generic message that says sorry and your items need an additional 7days. Some customers have not received some items or wait for months and still don’t receive items

No tags, threads everywhere, uneven seams, sizes not appropriate, one article was so bad had no idea how to even put on. Don’t want returns cause cost them so they offered 35 back on my 147 purchase and still trying to get refund for missing boots and refund of 35. PayPal also at fault for taking money for this scam company. 1000s are out money because of this company. Has been shut down prior under another name and now Berrylook needs to be shut down.

The clothing quality, pricing, delivery time and customer service at Berrylook are all AWFUL. I tried to get a refund for over 5 months with no avail. USPS return charges are over $50 to ship 5 items back to China. Save your money and your time, I wish I had!!

Clicking through an online ad on Facebook I ordered four items from this company. I paid through PayPal. Received an order confirmation and order number also a tracking number which is invalid. There is no such tracking number and it has no company to check with. My order was for four items I received an email saying that three items had been shipped, had no way to change what the fourth item was and they still charged for four items. None of their emails respond. The phone number provided is an automatic answering device no response to the message left.

On September 28, 2018, I discovered this website via Facebook, as they were advertising in this social media company. I found the appearance of the clothing to be very inviting, so scanned the website, selected, and ordered 7 dresses, and paid quite a bit of money. To date, November 30, 2018, I have not heard from not even one representative from this so-called company, after sending several complaints via their website company page, all proving to be unsuccessful. I have not received one dress to date! On their tracking page, it shows a confirmation of the payment I made, but never shows that my payment is going through "Processing" or "In Transit" or "Delivered," it continually remains in the "Payment Confirmed" status. I have continually asked for my money to be returned to my bank, unsuccessfully, as no one replied to my requests. I am frustrated with this company and would like them reported to social media sites, and online sites, so as to stop them in their tracks from stealing money from more individuals. I'm surprised after reading other scammer reports on the ScamPulse.com Site regarding this company, which indicate that they have had contact with a representative from this company.
