I purchased $225 worth of roses and strawberries. The roses were dead and I didn’t receive 12 of the strawberries. I called customer service and they were very rude and hung up on me. I called back and they told me they couldn’t refund me unless I called after 8pm. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they told me no. I got online and read reviews and this is happening to a lot of other people.
