They called my husband stating he owed $3000.00 to US Bank and could settle if he paid $1500.00 by 2pm that day otherwise would file. Which never stated what type of filing. They had the last 4 of his social and asked for his physical address. I called from my number and they stated they were a litigation. The next day they called me asking for my husband and when I asked how they got my number they stated from a credit report, but then said from the caller id. When I asked for their physical address it was given to me but google shows a different law firm. When I called the law firm on google they said that is their address.
