Person going by the name of Betnitra Smith also Bernitra Smith is running a puppy scam through website maltesemode.online, phone number Bernita has been texting me from is (432)350-1330 and emailing me through [email protected]. I contacted this person about purchasing a puppy and I transferred $820.00 through zelle. That was the price given for the puppy and transportation, after I paid it they are requesting an additional $940. The additional money being requested is said for transportation, which in the bill is said that is being paid to a transportation company but the details are to the same person's account. Requested for refund and said they spent on transportation and airline fare for puppy cost but doesn't any sense because they asked for more money and refuse to show evidence of airline ticket purchased. When I asked for a refund and cancellation Bernitra just started saying I was bothering her and to leave her alone.
