They called my brothers # in regards to my 78yr old grandma that she had a filed complaint against her left a file # and code on the message . I called asking for info on the "firm" (address, #, location,etc. And they refused to give me their address out me on hold and had me talk to a lady with some attitude telling me to have my grandma call. I said she wanted to go in person and she hesitated and said no we need to talk to her and get info. I said no I want your address and make sure it's not a scam. She put me on hold again and then have me this address. She was speaking fast. And I said what was the firm name again and I said please spell it out She got even more mad and said she was very busy and had lots of things to do. I said you can't give me the right spelling of your firm and she said no and hung up.
