After all my questions the "Senior Loans Officer" asked if I was going to use a co signer or would I prefer to use colateral in terms of a security deposit. Over the following week I received many correspondence and also the detailed contract with all legal obligations by both sides. I had spoken and shared the documents with several friends and even my landlord believed this was a legit situation. Once my colateral deposit was sent and the "lender" receives, My $$$ loan would be issued and wired direct to my bank account.within an hour. Well not only did i NOT get anything the colateral was not satisfactory and the demand was made to issue additional funds to "secure" the loan/ I have not received so much as an email about my refund and when I have initiated contact the phone gets hung up after I say my name. The writings I received state a full 100% refund of my $645.00 will be issued, but the "cycle" of 30 days must be waited. I havent received so much as a returned email, or phone call.
