I received a phone call from Bennett and Weathers inquiring about a pay loan debt back in 2012 And sent to collections in 2014. I have never had a payday loan and have never received any documentation via mail or email or phone calls in regards to such action. The gentleman on the phone indicated that several attempts have been made to collect this debt he provided me a 10 year old address that I no longer live at. He also provided me an employer from over 11 years ago of which I no longer work at. I requested for information on this debt to be sent to my address and/or via email. He indicated that this is not their standard practice as there has already been several attempts made in regards to this debt. I indicated him several times I've never had such loan I've never heard of this this is the 1st time hearing of it. He was very defensive and extremely rude cut me off and then hung up the phone. Upon hanging up the phone before he said you are refusing to act on this debt and further action will be completed and then hung up. Phone call with me on March 3rd 2021 at 2:28 p.m.
