We have connected with this "bengal kitten 4 you" service through the internet. Website doesn't specify the physical address, but when they send us contract it had Houston, TX as their address. There were few red flags when trying to make a transaction. Individual by the name Shaquana Pugh was requesting $800 for the kitten that we chose "Lucy" (11 week old bengal). Breeder never inquired about our housing situation nor requested for our references, they have only concentrated their topic around the service agreement and sending them the payment. They guaranteed to mail the cat via air services. We have requested to use video chat to see this kitten, it was denied. We requested a copy of "import/export" license from US fish and wildlife and the request was completely dismissed. I have all the copies of emails and text messages. Another payment request was sent totally ignoring our requests of proving that this business is legitimate. Having said all this, we are requesting to report this business as scam. Also, telephone number that was given is a temporary number without a voice message.
