The individual had all of my information including my healthcare license number, address, phone number, social security number, and DOB. He stated that the company is working for the State of Florida and giving first responders all types of insurance on behalf of the State. He sent me a text while I was on the phone with him from a completely different number and he wanted me to click the link. Once I told him I wasn’t going to click on the link and I questioned him about where he was calling from and what exactly he wanted from me he hung up. This “Company” is using fake phone numbers to call people and telling us they work for the State of Florida. I have attached a file of two photos. 239-268-0542 is the number that it showed they called from and the attached photo is the number they texted me from with the link.
