Geek Squad billed me $417.00 for a service I didn’t authorize, after spending 3 hours on the phone to cancel they tried to get bank information which they refused. The male on the phone put $4,170.00 back to my credit card and told me I had to return the money or he would lose his job. I tempered a scam like this I heard about so I hung up. The next day everything including the original amount of $417.00 disappeared from the credit card that was all last month.

Obviously they have come back again today to try it all again.
