Was told I qualified for $70,000.00. They wanted $300. then $500. and assured delivery. Only then, they wanted more money in the form of gift cards.

They are offering me $150,000.00 in grant money. That is pretty steep and said I don't need to pay it back. Now what grant really gives you $150,000.00 where you don't pay them back. And there is a $250.00 delivery fee to the UPS cashier. They say you can use Walmarr of a Cash app. They also said that I would have to make the payment before I get my documents which will supposedly be a certificate and tracking number.
