I saw an advert on Facebook, they were selling a laundry dryer and iron thing. I enquire, they said its available and I'll get it within 14days. I'm in south Africa. But I'm still. Waiting since the 13th of March 2021. Please help with my refund cause its clear its a scam

Good day.
We have ordered 4 Jet Body Board 2020 from Belunas on 9 August 2020 and we have still not received our goods. We did a tracking search and it says the parcel is in the USA and we are in South Africa. We have sent numerous e-mails to Belunas as well as the courier company SunYou but no one gets back to us. What else can we do from our side to get our goods or refund back.

This company is a RIP OFF and needs to be shut down if all they're going to do is take people's money and ignore VALID inquiries. Karma knows EVERYONE'S address and is not limited to people - it's extended to business, too. Damned THIEVES!

I ordered an item from this website on 6/08/20. I understand that because of the pandemic, items will be delayed due to shipping. I really get it and am patient. But after more than a month had passed, I emailed them and they only confirmed my order number and advised if I had any further issues to email them again. Well, today makes it 2 days shy of 2 months since I've placed my order. This is ridiculous. Moving forward, because of this experience, when ordering items, I have to make sure that the items are shipped directly from the United States because at least they can be reported the BBB should this issue occur again. The $16.20 that I'm out of is not a large amount of money. But the fact that I paid for a product and did not receive it is what irks me. I've asked them to either refund my money or expedite my order and I have yet to receive a response.

I ordered a projector eight weeks ago now and have yet to receive it. I emailed them and got two responses the last was they would try to reimburse me. However they could not tell me where the package was or any further information and have no longer responded to any of my emails after that. This is clearly a scam they have no phone number to contact anyone. I found them through Facebook this is the second company that Facebook has advertised that is nonexistent and a scam! Facebook clearly does not that through these businesses and allows them to advertise to Facebook users who are under the belief that they are legitimate businesses.
