He advertises floral arrangements and charges and amount accordingly to the pictures on the website, but then delivers nothing related to what was purchased. I made the mistake of not checking reviews but apparently this business is allowed to continue doing this because there's been no consequence to what they do. Not only it wasn't the scheduled date but this is truly a scam.
