1st issue: When I placed my order, I never received an order confirmation. The only evidence I had of this purchase was my receipt through PayPal. 3 days later after reaching out to the company, I finally received an invoice for my purchase. 2nd issue: The company claims to work out of Washington state and gave no indication that the product would be coming from China, but when I received my tracking number (which I had to request because after several days I didn't even know if my item was being shipped), the tracking showed that the package was being shipped internationally. I wouldn't have ordered it because of the known delays in shipping right now so I feel I was deceived. 3rd issue: Once whatever they were shipping arrived in the US, I noticed that the package was described as being "small packets" per USPS. I ordered a sewing machine and I would categorize that as a medium or large box/package so I have no idea what they actually shipped. I still don't know where the item is because I never found it even though it was reported as delivered. 4th issue: I explained everything to the seller and asked for a refund but the company is only offering me to ship another item (I’ve asked for a refund twice). I did not believe that they intended to send me a sewing machine and I did not want to wait another 6 weeks so I requested a refund through my payment gateway, PayPal. I also provided correspondence from USPS that shows that whatever they sent me fit into the mailbox (I only have a mail slot into my house, no mailbox) so that showed that whatever was sent was definitely not a sewing machine. After waiting another 6 weeks to hear about my claim with the seller through PayPal, my claim was denied because the seller simply sent the tracking information on the small packet item that was delivered (but never found). I don’t know what else to do because I can’t get a human on the phone at PayPal and they just closed the case without speaking to me. I am afraid this company will continue to just take small amounts of money from people. It’s enough to be annoying but not enough to try to take someone to court.
