I ordered some clothes on nline from their website and they took my money off my card but didn't send me my clothes and I went back on their website and it says I never had any orders. So they just stoled my money.

I purchased clothing from this company it said it would be here within 7 days.

it is now been 3 weeks still showing it sitting in their warehouse.

I contacted them asking why it is taking so long since I paid extra to have it shipped in 7 days. they are now saying I supposedly change my order and that they can no longer help me .

which is a lie I never did any of that So now they will not refund me my money nor give me the product. I went on othersites and found out that this place is scamming customers that I wasn't the only one. They have taken hundreds of customers money. And use the same excuse (we changed the order) they now call me from private numbers asking how my cloths fit and start laughing and hang up.

It's so frustrating that people do this stuff to others.

Hi,

My name is ******. Yesterday at about ten AM, I went online to purchase an outfit from Fashion Nova for an upcoming event next weekend. However, when I saw the name "Fashion Nova," I clicked & was INSTANTLY taken to "Bellewholesale.com." Therefore, I left the site & came back in just to make sure I was in the right website. Nonetheless, I kept being routed to that web address. So I was under the impression that maybe Fashion Nova had gone under due to the pandemic & the new company (Bellewholesale.com) wanted to maintain the traffic from Fashion Nova.

However, once I made my purchase of $188. Instead of getting a receipt, I was asked if I wanted my tracking info to go to my messenger. Initially, I thought this was odd, but I proceeded because i wanted to know the date I'd receive my purchase. Low & behold... I later received a message from Facebook stating that my account had been locked due to suspicious activity. So I quickly fixed the issue & again, continued to look for a receipt, a message, or something & AGAIN there was NOTHING! So I waited until 10 AM this morning & I attempted to find info about my purchase. STILL nothing!

Furthermore, I've gone BACK on the site several times, hoping to get some information about the articles of clothing that I bought. Subsequently, there AREN'T any orders under my name/account... although I called my bank card & $188 was removed from my account! What I find peculiar is that somehow, I've accrued "100 points & 5 coupons," although there is ZERO purchase history under my account.

In the information age, where people are hacking into almost ANY & EVERYTHING, I do NOT want my bank info, nor any of my other info out in cyberspace for others to have access to, at anytime. Additionally, I don't want OTHERS to get scammed either. I don't know how many others were scammed by this company, but please see to it that you fix this issue? I have kids & we need our money!

I ordered from this site believing it to be a wholesale market for clothing. Only to have been scammed. They will change and add information on their website, they will create a shipping label but nothing will ever be shipped. Their phone number doesn’t work, neither does their online system so you have to talk to them through Facebook messenger. They will ignore your messages and decline your requests for a refund when they have a policy that states they offer full refunds. I’ve had to dispute my charges through paypal because they scammed me for hundreds of dollars and refused to give me my money back.

These bad reviews are not fake . Don’t let belle wholesale fool you . I’ve ordered packages over a month and a week ago almost two . I paid for express shipping and I’ve only got 20 items . They’ve broke my 20 items into 7 packages . and one package with 9 items still haven’t got shipped. To come to find out . They’re using whole sale companies like shein, chicme and more to sale the items . They just sent out my package yesterday where it takes 7 days to even get to my district location . I paid over hundreds of dollars in shipping to be scammed . The prices are good but it’s not worth it . They’re totally a scam . Do not waste your money here and if you have file a dispute get your money back and tell them to keep their items . They’re so money hungry but we won’t play about our coins we worked hard for . I turned my sister on to them which we were highly upset . She spent over 3,000 with them not including shipping . Very terrible I recommended this scam

Company . She’s been waiting just as long as me and order a few days before me . STAY AWAY ‘!!! These bad reviews are real
