I ordered a few clothing items from this site, I was promised delivery in 10-15 days... Then three months later I got notice that it couldn't deliver and was being returned to the sender. This was after much useless communication. They then demanded I pay to have it re-shipped and refused to refund me, whole or partially. Do not buy from them.

I have contacted them about 10 times to return the products that did not work and they keep telling me it's too expensive to return to china. I have offered to pay for the shipping and they keep saying they will give me 10%-20% off. I have told them I am not interested in that. They have refused to allow me to return.

I ordered items from this website at the end of August. When I didn’t receive anything weeks later, I reached out to the company. It was a generic, poorly written email. I waited a few days and reached back out and got the exact same response. I was charged for these items and never received a thing.

An order was placed prior to Christmas. Order and tracking number was sent to confirm the package had been shipped. Product has not moved at all with the tracking to my local postal service after 30 days. Contact with their customer service has resulted in 2 responses with the exact same email standard response. I wish I had of thought of checking this company prior to ordering. Lesson learned.

I ordered on December 7th and have never received the product or a refund. I have tried several times to contact them without and resolve. My daughter also ordered from the and she has had the exact same experience. There are messages all over their FB they are a fraud and scam. Which I had seen this before December. Looks like a lot of people tried to order for Christmas and have been ripped off.

I ordered a pair of socks on Belle Lily months ago and never received them, despite them taking money from my Paypal account. I have tried to get help through customer service, but they don't have a telephone number and never respond to emails. I have escalated the issue with Paypal.
