The website has a 30-day return guarantee policy and 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was trying to return the items since it is nothing like the description does not work and seems to be a cheaply made version, I have reached out through the only means of contact, a generic support email asking for a refund and how to move forward as per their policy a refund can only be initiated when reaching out to customer service within 30 days. They have been ignoring me for 2 weeks. I believe they are doing this so that it no longer falls into the 30-day policy and I'm unable to get my money back.
