It began with a free trial offer for 14 days. After 14 days, however, the full price was charged to me, because I didn't contact belle oasis and cancel.

I was unaware of the 14 day trial. I thought the items were free and I do not recall replying to belle oasis to begin the process. I did agree to pay a small shipping fee.

Belle Oasis will not return my money.
