Ordered from Belle Lily on November 30th, 2016. Was told that items would ship 1-8 days after order confirmation. Order confirmation was emailed to me on December 4th. Was then told that once the item shipped, I would receive a tracking number. It is now December 18th, order has not shipped, and they changed the shipping date estimates on their website, to at least 3 weeks out. The companys FaceBook page is now full of comments from consumers saying they have not received their orders and other than email there is no way to contact the company. They are not even listing a phone number or country of origin. They are deleting many negative comments on their page and not sending out merchandise that has been paid for by consumers. Buyers Beware.

The online store, Belle Lily, charges your credit card but does not deliver items purchased or return any email inquiries. Upon investigating further, I read THOUSANDS of comments from others who have been victimized by this fraudulent company. I responded to many people with directions on how to report the page and their associated ads as fraudulent on Facebook. As a result, my account was blocked so that I could not warn others. They have ads running on Facebook, Instagram and other social media sites advertising merchandise that is never delivered to customers. Thank you for investigating and protecting others.

Website to buy women clothing. I ordered from them on Nov. 30 and got conformation of payment on Dec. 4th with email that said shipping in 1-8 days. I have not seen items and the only contact information is email and no response to emails. Post on facebook show up scam and many people that have had the same problem. Please help.

I ordered from Belle Lily November 30th off a Facebook ad. I was changed and then haven't received my order or heard from them since, besides an email almost 2 weeks ago saying my order would ship in 1 - 8 days.

I'm not sure where this company is located, so I just made something up.
