Looked to be an online store after I was sent a link for it by my partner. I purchased a makeup bag from then and have not heard from them since 2 months later. They have been completely unresponsive over email or Instagram. Their website is no longer functioning.

Order was placed 12/07/22. Got a notification 12/08/22 Order was “about” to ship. Kept checking tracking label that was provided for USPS every other day and said that label was created and nothing further than that. Contacted business through their Instagram and was given very minor details. Checked their TikTok page and my story is consistent with other people who have purchased from

Them. Some commenting in Dec that they still haven’t received an update since Nov.

On November 25th during the black Friday weekend one of my family members made me aware of Bella and rose.com in order to get a Christmas present for another family member. Upon going to the website and locating a product at the time that had a black Friday deal code I paid a total price of $80.95. After paying for the product I was given an email that stated that my purchase was successful and was also given a tracking code Which resulted no further updates afterwards. For the next month I will get no updates until I made the attempt to get an update To the company in which they stated that they are experiencing delays and that the item may not ship on time. After doing some research I noticed that the company on Facebook was recently created at the end of August 2022. During mid and late December I also noticed that on Facebook people who had bought from the company were commenting on the photos stating that they have yet to receive their items this also matched up to the comments located on Instagram associated with the same company. As of December 27th 2022 I have requested to the company for a full immediate refund as I attempted to contact them through their support email and through Facebook Messenger which was the most effective way of communicating. As of December 27th I am currently still waiting for the For the company to contact me In order to receive a full refund that i requested. I highly recommend to avoid this company all cost since it appears that this is a scam in which they provide an empty promise for a product that will never appear and would provide numerous excuses for you in order to delay the inevitable.
