On June 7th i got an email offer from Theresa Hayes for a $5000 loan for financial hardship. I qualified with a collateral payment of $470.83. It was sent through Zelle to a Melissa Lindsay (646)796-2934. After a supposed soft pull of my credit the fine print indicates that my offer can change, and I was transfers to a Kelly Patrick that I qualify for the same loan but not available till June 13th and that I need to send another collateral payment in the same amount. I did not. And still today, I been trying to get my refund however have not had any success. Didn't know what my options are or what I could do.

Theresa Hayes from Bellcom Financial Services website bllcmfs.com. She told me i was approved for $10000 loan but i needed to send in insurance payment of 1000 she told me to send it thru cashapp to gyzzell byfield. she got my money and i did not receive the loan and then she blocked me.

I was told that I could get the loan if I had collateral. The only collateral I had was money. The asked for a payment of $230 to be sent to Carol Eldrige via Cash App. Then they said that I needed to pay another $230, so I sent $238 to Carol Eldridge. Then, they said that they needed even more, but that I could get a bursary to pay the rest. I reached out to them today, because my loan was supposed to come in today and when I attempted to call, the number said that it was out of service. The loan amount was $5,000. Needless to say, I did not recieve my loan after shelling out $468!

I had been looking for a loan and received an email from Theresa Hayes email address [email protected]. She told me I was approved for loan that I needed to provide collateral either land, car, home, or collateral payment. I told her I could do the collateral payment which was 3 monthly payments combined for total of $471. She told me to cash app it to the name Gyzzelle Byfield so I did this. And I signed the agreement. She told me I would have the loan within an hour and it never came. Next day emailed said they wanted another payment of $471. She said after that they couldn’t ask for any more and I would have the loan deposited to my account. It never came. Next day she emailed said that they wanted another payment of 1200. She said her company would cover 700 of it that I needed to pay 500 for insurance. She said then I would have the loan and she said I would need to pay the 700 back immediately. I asked for a refund. She replied only saying she put the loan on hold and now won’t reply back to me. I keep asking for a refund immediately and has went silent. I have the loan agreement and all emails between us saved

Was a loan agreement then asked for a collateral payment and I sent the first half i needed to send so it was 826 in total then asked for another 500 so it would’ve been 1,42,00 after everything was done I then got rejected , and emailed me all the way sounding sketchy to me I requested my refund back
