[email protected] Reports & Reviews (1)

I received an email where they said that I have renewed my 1 year subscription to Geek Squad for $349.00. The email had an order number and order date. The product I was supposed to renew was a 1 year subscription for my PC. When I called they told me that my subscription expired and I had auto-renewed their service. The email listed an invoice number and payment method as auto-debit. I told them that I did not want their service and that I hadn't ordered it. They wanted me to go to my computer so I could cancel it but I had to log into their site. I told them that they were a scam and that I wasn't going to go to my computer because they wanted to take control of my computer and gain access to my information. They continued to argue with me so I told them they were a scam and that I was reporting them to the BBB. I hung up the phone.
