I have been conversing with them since I received them in November. I get the same repeated "We will get back to you," response.

I contacted customer service asking for the right item to be shipped. I was told the folding function in the "Magic Folding Washing Machine" had a malfunction so they sent an "upgraded" item. They offered me 50% off my next purchase and stopped responding to all of my attempts to contact them about the situation, including getting a partial refund - so I would be paying the price that the item is actually worth.
After reading other reviews, with almost identical stories, I believe that this company is purposely falsely advertising items on their online store, leaving customers overpaying for cheaper and/or faulty items.
