In May of 2019, I viewed Bellamy Daytona during the building process and applied for the apartment. After seeing the layout, I realized that I was no longer interested in being a resident there. About three years later I took a look at my credit report to find that I've been charged by Bellamy Daytona for $1600, for an apartment that I never signed a lease for or moved into. After calling the the leasing office to find out about the matter, the current property manager Sean Kettle told me that I did indeed signed a lease that I NEVER saw. My electronic signature and initials were all over it. He then made me aware that the leasing manager (Ebony) at the time that the lease was electronically signed, her signature was on it as well. He also stated that there was a referral name on the lease, someone by the name of Jasmine who I don't know, he made it known to me that Jasmine was a former employee of the leasing office and is currently a resident in the apartments today. I would like this issue and company to be throughly investigated and resolved by removing this matter from my credit.
