My mom ordered a "free" sample. About 15 days later received a charge for $84, called the company to follow up and was told to look at the tiny box on their website that said that product must be returned within 14 days in order to not be charged. Told the company that she didn't see that and wasn't aware of that and that the product hadn't been used. Was then told that they don't accept returns and wouldn't do anything for her. Was also warned not to bash the company on social media. Just bad business.
