Holidays time period, October, November, people looking for holiday gifts. Saw them on add on Facebook. Decided to check them out. Quilts that look very nice with University/College logos. Product takes for ever to arrive. Than it is very poor quality. All logos are copied/silk screened out of focus. Coloring of fabric is smeared or colors running all together. There is no information on how to return. The return is address on parcel is the one listed above with the name KEN CHEN. The package arrives by DHL shipping. Tried to send it back, but now realize I would be out of money trying to ship back. I did get a response after e-mailing that my problem was under review, than nothing. I than checked computer on various sites, scams.com, scams-reported, etc... there are many others that have been scammed by these people. I am no longer sending Item back. Lesson learned... I do not know how to add photo of QUILT!!! ALL colors running together.

On Nov 3, 2018 I ordered a quilt from

BELLA STORE

ORDER #5495

I used my Visa card through PayPal. Apparently all orders went through PayPal. I did not and do not have a PayPal account.

I inquired several times about the purchase but got the same type response:

"Thank you for reaching out. Your order was sent out for production, and once it's shipped, we will send you an update email with the tracking number. Please stay tuned with us. Thank you for your patience.

Best Regards,

Ecrafta Support Team."

Finally on Dec 3, 2018 I sent the following request to the online store:

"ORDER #5495 dated 11/3/2018 I have asked for feedback concerning when the quilt will arrive but no real response, just that my request has been sent to support staff for review. I am going to cancel this order and ask for refund if I can't get in touch with someone in the next 24 hours.Email dated 11/20/2018 "Your request (40496) has been updated and will be reviewed by our support staff in the next 24 business hours." I have received no additional contact and it's December 3, 2018."

Here's the response to my email: "Your request (70285) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff in the next 24 business hours.

Our office hours are 8am - 6pm ICT, Monday - Friday."

No additional response so on Dec 4, I sent the following email:

"CANCEL this order #5495. I have determined that this company is a scam."

Then on Dec 26, I received this email:

"Eric Crafta (Ecrafta)

Dec 26, 01:42 AKST

Thank you for reaching out. Your package is in transit. You can keep track here: CNCSE3189536076068.

Please stay tuned with us. Thank you for your patience.

Best Regards,

Ecrafta Support Team."

My response today, Dec 26: "I cancelled this order since i did not hear back from you and looked at reviews and concluded your company was a scam."

On November 5, 2018 ordered a quilt- Oklahoma Sooner or Christmas gift from Bella Store. While trying to check on status, was given csameliaquilt.com where I was told order could not be filled for Christmas. So, tried to see if order would be filled in time for a January birthday instead and then found info from ScamPulse.com indicating there is no such company, $64.90 was taken through PayPal? Not sure how that happened since I do not have a valid credit card with them.

I ordered a wrestling quilt for my grandson the money was taking out of my account and said i would be notified when it was shipped they gave me an order # receipt and invoice and that's the last I have heard from them i looked Bella store up and it said it had closed years ago to someone having cancer I used a pay pal account it it said to contact seller when you send email it say they will respond in 24 hers I have still not heard from them after several emails
